FLEX-Line

The FLEX-Line enables precise sanding of various surface widths/workpiece widths using a single tool. The modular design, consisting of 50 mm and 100 mm long modules, can be flexibly combined or expanded. The variable total tool length ranges from 50 mm to 600 mm. This allows projects to be carried out with a high degree of flexibility, saving both time and costs.

Machining on the horizontal shaft allows – with the tool clamped in place – for the replacement of the sanding segments directly on the machine. Made of aluminum, these “lightweights” have the advantage of reducing stress on the spindle due to their low weight. The choice of material also makes them robust.

FLEX-Line for Profiles – with profile guarantee

The sanding tools in the FLEX-Line operate with high precision. Thanks to the guaranteed tool tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm in profile accuracy, we ensure long tool life for the abrasive dressing.

The contour of the abrasive coating corresponds exactly to the specified profile. This ensures targeted material removal of max. 0.1 mm. ARMINIUS sanding elements thus feature high-precision, unrivaled profile conformity.

FLEX-Line for straight edges – with concentricity guarantee

ARMINIUS sanding tools are dimensionally accurate precision tools. The guaranteed tool tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm in concentricity ensures a long service life for the abrasive insert. ARMINIUS sanding tools ensure a controlled material removal rate of 0.1 mm.
