The FLEX tool for surface processing enables precise sanding of different surface widths/workpiece widths with a single tool. The multi-part design consisting of 50 mm and 100 mm long modules can be flexibly extended. The total tool length ranges from 50 mm to 600 mm.
The FLEX tools for profile machining are manufactured according to CAD drawings. A tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm in profile accuracy is guaranteed and enables long service life for the sanding segments.
These products can be used on standard woodworking machines as well as on automatic moulders and planers. When processing on the horizontal shaft, the sanding segments are replaced directly on the machine.
