for your 30 years at ARMINIUS Schleifmittel GmbH

Eduard started as an apprenticeship trainee in machining, specializing in rotating technology, at ARMINIUS Schleifmittel GmbH. After passing his exam at the Detmold IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), he seamlessly transitioned to a full-time position at the shop floor in Detmold. 

Training programs and job profiles evolved – and not just on paper. Innovative technologies made their way into the ARMINIUS® production buildings in Detmold. By successfully completing his “advanced training as a mechanical engineering technician” – also through the Detmold IHK – Eduard embraced these changes.

As a team leader, Eduard has held a position of responsibility for more than 20 years. His areas of responsibility include work planning and order coordination, as well as the final assembly of sanding tools, including testing and precise measurement.
