Our ARMINIUS sanding tools are always delivered equipped with finishes sanding segments. We manufacture our precision tools to meet specific project requirements – for perfect sanding results. With this in mind, we also produce all sanding segments in-house indivually. Depending on the work process, our tools are used for pre-sanding, intermediate sanding, or just for final sanding. No matter the application, choosing the right abrasive – along with the tool itself – is essential for process reliability, productivity, efficiency, and optimal sanding results.

We offer a very wide range of abrasives for you to choose from:

• We recommend red abrasive segments for sanding processes involving solid wood, MDF, and HDF. You can choose from P40 up to the finest grit of P600.
  
  
• The green abrasive – available in standard grit sizes from P60 to P280 – delivers optimal results on all types of wood as well as HPL, multiplex, and composite panels.
  
  
• For intermediate lacquer sanding, you’ll achieve the best results with white abrasives. Here, you can choose from the standard grits ranging from P80 to the finest P320.
