For furniture construction, the production of drawer fronts \/ doors and the manufacture of table tops our universal sanding tool for CNC machines has become an absolute must-have. With its variety of replacement sanding elements, this sanding tool would apply to any individual project in edge processing.<\/p>\n

Simply swapping your sanding segments with ready-made replacement elements will enable a multitude of configuration options for your individual edges. Just outfit your machinery with this particularly versatile as well as easy-to-use tool for all profiles, simple to complex in edge processing. With no need for readjustments on your CNC machine, our Standard Edge Sanding Tool will sand any radii and bevels does not require any re-programming whatsoever as long as the pass line on each profile remains the same. As a cutting tool it can also be used with all through feed and profiling machines. The Complete range of sanding tools in our Standard Series can be used on all type of profile sanding machines with max. 1500rpm.<\/p>\n

Due to their constant and even sanding pressure, ARMINIUS edge sanding tools achieve the perfect surface result with the one pass cycle. The resulting a surface that would give the ideal finish for the application of all kinds of oils, varnishes and wood stains.<\/p>\n
